Rigid Foam Machining

Our rigid foam products are made from high quality reliable materials, designed for specific applications. We have a complete manufacturing facility that allows us to effectively manufacture parts to your drawing specifications with short turn around times. Our rigid foams are used where the design or application requires structural integrity, temperature compensation, thermal and mechanical stability. Our valued added CNC machine department provides you with a turnkey solution to providing your unique components, in the best material for the application, machined to your specific requirements. We can produce miniature machined parts from a variety of materials that suit your application. We manufacture and assemble products to your highest quality standards.

Die Cutting
Enlarge Image	American Micro Industries specializes in the field of die cutting and we are experts at fabricating electrical insulating components. We can die-cut a variety of electrical insulating materials like Fish Paper, VHR-115, E-FR, Mylar, Silpad, Polyimide and Phenolics (CE, LE, G10/FR4). We take extreme pride in our ability to provide high quality parts, used frequently in electrical devices, enclosures and a variety of other electrical applications. We have low tooling charges and low minimums. We are able to Die Cut a variety of materials and thickness to military specifications. Additionally, we can custom die cut a wide variety of foams for your unique packaging requirements.

Hot Tin Dip
Enlarge Image	American Micro Industries offers hot tin dipping, also known as solder dip, tin plating and spin tinning. This process not only makes ferrous and non-ferrous material more resistant to corrosion, but also makes the material more wear resistant. Hot tin dipping extends the life of the material by protecting it from oxidation. We also provide dipping to comply with military specifications. We offer traditional 60/40 Tin / Lead (Sn/Pb) dipping, yielding a matte finish, for your non-EU and sanctioned EU applications.

Custom Soldering
Enlarge Image	American Micro Industries has a dedicated solder line to provide you with a source for your low and medium volume custom electrical enclosure terminal populating. We are experts at installing a variety of electrical components and connectors to meet your every need. Additionally, depending on your application, we can provide installation either by acetylene torch or solder iron; as well as a variety of solder materials.

Custom Deep Drawn Enclosures

Specialized Rubber Materials
Enlarge Image	We are a fabricator and custom die-cutting specialist of EPDM, Natural Gum Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile (Buna-N), Silicone, SBR, Santoprene and Sponge Rubber materials. These materials are in available in a range of durometers to meet your specific requirements. We provide custom cut sheets, slabs, strips and shapes; and offer value added services such as laminating with pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA). We custom die cut gaskets, washers, seals and parts utilizing a variety of standard and specialized materials.
